Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Our brand-new Workflow solution builds upon our powerful data collection platform and gives users a way to easily craft simple-to-complex data collection workflows that include forms, emails, integrations, and more. Workflow not only streamlines processes, but it also reduces the manual work required with managing data collection processes, such as employee reviews, higher education applications, and more. This solution’s smart conditional routing capabilities make decision making a breeze, and automatically triggered notifications help keep communication flowing.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The release of Workflow marks a huge turning point in our company as we shift our focus to process management and automation as a whole rather than individual forms. This development is the largest and most collaborative product release we’ve ever produced as a company, combining the efforts of multiple teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and more.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Even though Workflow has been released, our work is not yet complete. We will continue to build out this solution, prioritizing user experience and upholding our value proposition of secure data stewardship. Our roadmap for the next six months will include thoughtful features inspired by customer input and validated with extensive user acceptance testing.
