Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

With a deep understanding of hoteliers’ needs, INTELITY built a world-class guest experience platform that unites cutting edge mobile and tablet capabilities while providing comprehensive operational tools that help staff provide best-in-class customer experience.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: By partnering with Volara, the INTELITY platform will offer even more robust voice assistant capabilities to hoteliers. Not only will the expanded voice offering provide a better in-room guest experience, but it will also assist busy staff as they seek to balance their daily workload.INTELITY and Volara integration will complete work on the new integration this fall.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: The integration between INTELITY and Volara will enable hotel guests to request services or inquire about hotel amenities by simply speaking the commands into in-room voice assistants such as Amazon Echo Show or Google Nest Hub. The voice commands will flow into INTELITY’s staff automation platform and inform staff of any requests. Hotel guests can request room service, adjust room temperature, turn on lights, or ask for extra pillows without ever having to call or make an extra trip to the front desk.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: INTELITY’s focus is to deliver best-in-class guest relationship solutions through ground-breaking tech innovations. INTELITY has created a powerful guest experience management platform that enables hotels, casinos, and luxury residences to connect with their guests, provide better service, and support their back-of-house workflow.
