Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Everything we do is about acknowledging that owning a small business is hard work and that most owners didn’t get into business because they love finance, banking and accounting. NorthOne takes the stress and hassle out of small business finance. Our customers never have to wait in line at a bank branch because they can perform all of their banking needs from our app or website. They’re able to speak to a real human who understands their business whenever they contact our Customer Support, and they can also take advantage of the unique features we offer that are made just for small business owners. One example is Envelopes, which is a feature that allows customers to divide portions of their account and plan or budget for what matters most, like payroll, rent, expenses, and profit.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Our plan is to focus on the everyday, Main Street small business owner that has been especially overlooked by traditional banking. They are the brick and mortar owners, tradespeople, and professional services that are the anchors of their communities and backbone of the American economy. They deserve better.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We are especially proud of our work connecting underserved communities to better banking. We were recently honored as Black Connect’s Corporate Partner of the Year, for our partnership with their organization in eliminating the racial wealth gap in America. We believe that small business ownership is the single greatest driver of economic mobility in this country, and making ownership more accessible will create a more equitable environment for everyone.
