Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: TheHouseMonk has raised $5M from Aurum PropTech Ltd as a combination of equity and debt. TheHouseMonk plans to deploy these funds to fuel its expansion into Europe and US, as well as consolidate its position in Asia, which serves as its core market today.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: TheHouseMonk offers a suite of products including RE: Core ( property management software), RE: Xp ( Tenant experience management tools)
The suite of tools allows the property management companies to manage their complete rental portfolio, manage bookings, tenant onboarding, and operations all through a centralized system with modern mobile apps for staff as well as residents.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: TheHouseMonk plans to hire aggressively into its tech team to build advanced AI/ML (artificial intelligence/machine learning) capabilities, and to strengthen its overall product portfolio.
TheHouseMonk will release product discovery and rental payment products as a part of the product suite in the next 6 months.
