Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: MNS Talent and Consulting is a talent management company focused on helping small businesses attract and retain high performing employees to scale their business. Hiring is one of the highest costs for businesses as employees are the number one asset in any organization, not having proper training on how to grow and retain your team can not only be costly, but detrimental for business in the long term. We offer consulting and training services in the areas of talent attraction, employee retention, diversity hiring initiatives, enhancing the candidate experience and more, as well as recruiting and staffing services. We don’t just help businesses grow their teams, we help them keep employees happy.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: MNS Talent and Consulting has just added recruiting services in our consulting package so now all businesses that partner with us for staffing services will also learn more about reducing turnover and employee initiatives so employees stay with the business longer. Small businesses don’t always have the budget to pay the highest or provide the best benefits, but there are so many other low cost, high value incentives that can be provided.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We offer recruiting services for an array of industries including insurance and corporate positions, as well as healthcare and legal. But before we help you hire employees, we make sure that businesses understand their hiring needs and have systems in place to ensure their employees are successful in their roles. Our goal is to help businesses reduce or virtually have zero turnover so that there aren’t any disruptions in business and businesses can focus on growing financially.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We have a new free 5-week webinars series, starting in October that we are offering. We will cover topics in: employer branding for talent attraction, diversity in recruiting, increasing employee retention, identifying and addressing employee burnout, and increasing employee productivity. We are also excited to announce that we will be providing 2 small business owners with mentorship and grant opportunities starting in December 2022. We believe if you provide small businesses with the support that they need, they can go further, faster.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: MNS Talent and Consulting focuses on small businesses because we have a passion to see them flourish. We have over 15 years of HR and Recruiting experience and we are dedicated to helping 150 businesses in 2023 hire the right employees and grow their business. We understand small businesses because we are a small business. We grew our team to 7 employees within our first year and have kept them since day one!
