A: MOBI provides software and services that help companies manage their mobile environments. Our cloud-based software centralizes the management of mobile devices by integrating with wireless carriers, MDMs, corporate IT systems and more. MOBI’s services help organizations plan for, save on, deploy, support and decommission all mobile devices.

Q: What advantage does MOBI have over its competitors?

A: We differentiate ourselves by offering our enterprise clients a highly configurable software platform that automates business processes that have historically been managed manually. We support the platform with specialized managed services that include 24x7x365 service desk, customer device logistics and wireless expense management. This enables enterprises to manage a very complex mobility environment in a simplified manner via a single point of control.

Q: MOBI is experiencing incredible growth – how do you handle scaling?

A: Leading with our SaaS-based solution provides us a highly scalable business model that is supported by 30 unique data and process integrations. From a support perspective, we recently expanded into a 60,000-square-foot facility built to hold 350+ employees and added a new state-of-the-art device staging, fulfillment and logistics center.

Q: You’ve recently announced a $35 million investment – tell us something more?

A: We recently completed a partnership with Bregal Sagemount to secure $35 million in minority funding to fuel projected growth. It was a huge day for us and we are beyond excited about our prospects. This capital will be used to stay ahead of a market that Gartner predicts will reach $3.4 billion by 2016 and $6 billion by 2018. Solutions like ours are becoming more and more essential to the enterprises’ IT departments. Demand for our solution is happening faster than ever, and this capital investment will continue driving innovation and adoption.

Q: What can we expect from MOBI in next six months?

A: We will be conducting business as usual for now, but expect our technology roadmap, global service offering and go-to-market efforts to pick up over the next few quarters.
