Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to MyQuickCloud?

A: MyQuickCloud is an intuitive mobility solution. With our solution, users can work remotely from anywhere at anytime. It is ideal for people who want to collaborate with colleagues or external resources. For example, MyQuickCloud is great for helping business owners, bookkeepers and accountants to work together. Another advantage of MyQuickCloud is to centralize the access to the same data and applications from multiple locations using our on-premise or Managed Cloud solutions. So that users can work on the applications in real time.

Q: Can you give insights into your features?

A: With MyQuickCloud, different users can work on the same remote application at the same time. It is very flexible, secure and easy to get started. MyQuickCloud makes printing easy, with the ability to print both remotely and locally.

With our Managed Cloud hosting solution, users can have their private desktop in the cloud which includes backups, maintenance and ongoing updates handled directly by our team of experts. Businesses can also take advantage of the MyQuickCloud solution on-premise. That way, they can use their existing computers to offer mobility access to employees and consultants.

Q: You’ve recently been recognized by Insights Success as among the 10 Most Innovative Enterprise Mobility Solution Provider In 2017; could you tell us something more?

A: 2017 has been a great year for MyQuickCloud. Being recognized by Insight Success was a great endorsement by our peers and users. Being among the top 10 favourite solutions for small businesses, also gave us a great boost. This is not the end of the success story though, because we have been recognized by Silicon Review as one of the 50th smartest company of 2017 and by CIO Review as one of the top 20 Mobility Solution providers of 2017.
This has not only heightened our motivation but it also landed us with a great interview on WorldWide Business with Kathy Ireland. The interview aired on Bloomberg International, Fox Business in the US and others (it is now available on Youtube and our website).

Q: What is the difference between the on-premise and the managed cloud solutions?

A: With our Managed Cloud solution we provide, setup and manage a dedicated cloud server so that users can then connect from anywhere and work remotely knowing that their data is safe, backed up and available at anytime.

Some businesses already have their own computers and/or servers in the office and just want to allow flexible working and access on the go. This is where MyQuickCloud is ideal: it turns existing systems into remotely accessible applications with little change. Businesses that prefer to keep their data centralized in the office but offer access from multiple locations can use MyQuickCloud.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: We have lots of exciting new features in the pipeline such as, remote scanning and integration with 3rd party systems. We are also working on expanding our partners channel, there are a lot of advisors, freelancers and small businesses that want to integration MyQuickCloud with their service to add value to their own offering. Finally, we would love to help small businesses to reduce cost and increase productivity.
