Q: Could you tell us something about your history?
A: Over the past 5 years, NAREIG has evolved into an industry leader that provides real estate services in various states including Washington, California, and New York. With corporation of various local strategic partners, NAREIG has its operations in US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Thailand.
Q: You’ve recently announced first real estate coupon token for purchasing properties; could you tell us something more?
A: NAREIG will tokenize real estate coupons on their Ethereum platform and enable the cryptocurrency owner to use this tokenized coupon to purchase properties. The token is named HCT (House Coupon Token), it is “coupon to purchase real estate properties”. Each token purchased at USD $1 cash value can be redeemed as $100 token value which is USD$ 100 cash value when clients purchase properties with NAREIG. (Limitations and restrictions apply). Since the company’s business has expanded globally, the token can be utilized in 12 different countries. The HCT has very stable value and it also provides liquidity through tokenization.

Q: How is HCT going to benefit your clients?
A: Through using HCT with NAREIG, our clients can save up to 25% commission during their property purchase process. Here is an example:
Tom plans to buy a US$2M house via NAREIG. Assuming NAREIG gets 3% commission from that transaction, it will generate US$60k commission for NAREIG. If Tom already bought 150 HCT, he can redeem the 150 HCT for $15,000 cash value. It means Tom saved $14,850 for this transaction.
Q: What makes NAREIG the best choice?
A: NAREIG is an established company with 5 years history and already have real estate operation in 12 countries. NAREIG’s tokenization approach is not an idea, it can be immediately redeemed with NAREIG after purchase. All company leaders have more than 15 years experiences internet/real estate.
Q: What are your plans for the future?
