Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Sure Milan, Nova Custom Label Printing has provided branding and marketing solutions to both major corporations and startups throughout the nation for nearly three decades. We also offer satellite facilities throughout the nation which help us reach a larger client base and also fulfill and ship orders even quicker.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We recently relaunched our website with a complete revamp. In addition, we’ve recently launched new products including flexible packaging, which is “possibly the fastest growing trend in the packaging industry. Why? Because traditional packaging often uses more material which ends up costing more money for food manufacturers. Packaging that is flexible allows manufacturers to not only save money in transportation and sourcing, but also cause less environmental pollution which contributes to sustainability. Less carbon footprint!
A case study by the Flexible Packaging Association compared cookies in a flexible pouch versus a rigid clamshell. They found that packaging that is flexible resulted in using 87% less coal or 64% less crude oil than rigid packaging; 79% reduced CO2 emissions during manufacturing; and 69% lower solid waste into landfills.”
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We will continue adding products and services that clients are asking for. Whenever one of our clients requests something specific, we look into it for them, and if it’s something that we can offer, we will bring it aboard so we can share it with all of our clients. Since we offer personalized attention to each and every client, there is no one size fits all service or product. Everything is made custom, and is geared specifically towards helping our clients achieve those goals that they need to succeed.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: What makes us unique is twofold. First, as I mentioned previously, we specialize in rush orders and as far as I’m aware, we are the fastest in the industry in meeting same-day deadlines. Secondly, we treat our clients as we want to be treated ourselves. That means personalized attention and taking an active interest in helping our clients achieve both their long-term and short-term goals. There is a difference between being a solutions provider and an order taker. As solutions provider, we work with our clients to help build their business by offering a myriad of choices to help fulfill their needs in terms of packaging and marketing their products and/or services quickly and affordably. We also follow up with each client to make sure that they are 100% satisfied. On a long-term basis, we offer a trusted name that our clients keep coming back to as they grow their businesses. Such it has been since we launched in 1995. Simply put, we really care.
