Q: What are Onerent’s services for owners?

Q: What is smart rental program?

A: We are beta testing smart home technology in our rental homes in order to provide a more complete and efficient rental experience. For select properties, we will install a smart lock on the front door to allow for autonomous showings–a way for prospective renters to schedule a showing for any day and time, complete some basic qualification, and then temporarily access the rental through the smart lock.

Beyond our autonomous showings, Onerent equips new renters with Resident Services, a collection of partnerships we’ve established to allow them to set up renter’s insurance, a moving service, internet or cable packages, and other useful services. By including this in your property’s listing, you create a unique and standalone serviced living experience that differentiates your property from other long-term rentals on the market.

Q: What’s the benefit of becoming a Onerent’s partner?

A: Real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals partner with us to differentiate themselves to a rapidly growing segment of investment-oriented home buyers and earn passive recurring income.

Q: What can we expect from Onerent in the future?
