Q: Could you tell us something more about the company?
A: Phorest Salon Software was founded in Ireland in 2003 and is now the largest provider of salon software in Europe. Over 3,700 Salons and Spas in Ireland, UK, Germany, Finland and the USA are powered by Phorest. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion dollar company.
There are now over 120 people on the Phorest team with five global offices in New Jersey, London, Dublin, Cologne and Helsinki dedicated to helping grow our clients’ businesses. At Phorest we are focused on helping salon owners continually achieve the two most important areas of salon growth: getting clients back more often and increasing average spend.

Q: What are your plans for 2018?
A: We have some really exciting items on the agenda as we scale our business internationally throughout the coming years. In 2018, the main priorities for us, as a growing salon software provider include the

– Launch some ground-breaking new marketing features including a digital loyalty program and redesigned mobile-friendly marketing suite – Launch industry-leading consultation forms.
