Q: Karim, tell us something more about TekReach Solution?
A: TekReach Solutions was founded in 2009 in Anaheim, California, not too far from Disney Land. We launched our first service for SharePoint under the name “PortalFront”. The goal was really an answer to many pain points I observed companies going through in getting a positive ROI in SharePoint. One of the biggest pain points was the initial capital investment to get SharePoint installed and ready to use. To me it just didn’t make sense. There were hardware, licensing and consulting costs that added up to substantial dollar figures. This hindered smaller companies from even considering SharePoint and larger ones from actually finding the additional capital to develop their use cases in SharePoint. My vision then was to eliminate those hurdles by strategically leveraging shared hardware, SharePoint expertise, and provide volume licensing, in effect lowering the barrier to entry drastically. That was the spark that started TekReach Solutions.
Over the years, we have achieved great success and earned invaluable experience in hosting and data center management that has allowed us to expand our hosting offering to other platforms and flavors.
Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?
A: Our ideal customers are organizations looking to run long running, production-level applications in the cloud. Customers can expect that all technical aspects from hardware, maintenance, support, system health, resource monitoring and security are off their shoulders. If you’re looking for solid team to host, manage and support your dedicated servers to ensure excellent availability, you should definitely have a conversation with us.

Q: How does TekReach differ from other hosting providers?
A: In a few ways.
Of course, aside from our exceptional technical fitness and top-notch SLAs, we are probably one of the most nimble hosting companies to work with. We are able to converse with you quickly on any requirements you may have, offer advise, show demos, perform installs and updates, conduct research, setup trial scenarios of specific server configuration, write automation scripts, without bureaucracy. Q: What can we expect from you in next six months?

Windows 2016 is also set to be release early 2016, we plan on providing hosted Windows 2016 Servers also around that time period.
