A: Similar to website analytics, WiFi analytics provides real-time customer data and insight including name, age, gender, social interests, contact information, location, footfall, dwell, frequency of visits and much more.

Our WiFi analytics portal and marketing automation tool enables users to analyze data from guests who have authenticated onto the guest WiFi, providing key insight into demographics, interests, and other social likes.

This empowers a business to make more customer-centric decisions and tailor hyper-personalized marketing campaigns to its guests in both real-time and delay triggered.

Q: Other than that, what else can you do for your clients?

A: Purples’ location services allow businesses to enhance the traditional customer experience even further via the use of indoor maps, geofencing, location analytics, and wayfinding technology.

Purples’ latest Wayfinding product assists with indoor navigation for large complex buildings such as hospitals, stadiums, shopping malls, and even offices. This wayfinding technology uses CAD drawings of a building, geomagnetic technology, and BLE beacons to create a recognizable user-interface that guides guests, turn by turn to their desired indoor location.

Business can also opt for state of the art digital maps that bring a venue to life with detailed and user-friendly, multi-story digital layouts. These maps are available as a web service that can be accessed from any phone, laptop or tablet device.

Both of the wayfinding products can be integrated Google Maps, Waze, Uber and more to provide a seamless transition from outdoor navigation to indoor wayfinding.
