Q: How would you describe Qolture in your own words?
A: Qolture is a burgeoning online furniture store that sells imported upholstered products and accessories. Many people have busy lives and thus would rather spend their spare time winding down from the work—not reading instructions and diagrams. Furniture Assembly Experts’ technicians have ample experience in assembling dressers, chests, coffee tables, end tables, night stands, bookshelves, entertainment centers, and more.
Q: What advantage does Qolture have over its competitors?
A: One of our points of differentiation is our alliance with furniture assembly operators. We will continue to vertically integrate with operators that provide furniture assembly and disassembly services throughout the United States. Furniture assembly is a time-consuming task that many consumers simply do not want to undertake. Qolture allows its customers to bundle furniture assembly services with purchases at checkout, thus creating value for consumers and alleviating a major pain point.
We also offer free shipping on all orders over $99 and free return shipping within 90 days. Customers who reside in our service area receive a 5–10 percent discount for in-home assembly. A: We will continue to reach new milestones by constantly redesigning our business model and reaching new heights in the home furnishings industry. Additionally, we will improve our value proposition by identifying customer pain points and finding innovative solutions to satisfy their needs.
