Q: For those who haven’t heard of it, what is the best way to describe Quote Countertops?

A: Our technology is often qualified as time-saving, lead-capturing, and dream-provoking. We give Countertop Providers a tool that allows them to engage consumers and drive revenue for their business, through visualization and soft quoting. Before Quote Countertops’ customer-facing software, there was not an easy way for Countertop Providers to give consumers a quote and a visual side by side on any platform, on any device.

Q: What businesses can use your software?

A: Our Consumer-Facing Technologies have been designed for the Kitchen & Bath Industry which applies to Kitchen & Bath remodeling companies, countertop providers, designers, builders, home improvement stores, hardware stores and fabricators . We currently have accounts across the nation that are using our customer-facing and innovative 3D visualization, instant quoting tool, and CRM system, whether online, in the showroom, or for in-home estimates. Our in-store solutions can also come with a Kiosk containing a high resolution touchscreen linked to the Quote Countertops software.

Q: What solutions are you offering businesses through the visualization and quoting tools?

A: All our tools are consumer-facing which basically means they are solving complex problems in the showroom by giving customers a design tool which is user-friendly and intuitive while providing them with 100s of combinations. It is also helping professionals manage their customers’ expectations, through visualization. Furthermore the instant quoting tool shows transparency with pricing and all these aspects combined contribute to streamlining the sales process. Our software also has a CRM system or Jobs Board enabling the business to manage and nurture each lead.

Q: Would you say it is more of a marketing or a sales software?

A: I think both because beyond the features that highlight the sales end I just mentioned, there is an entire marketing side which comes from the ability to share these tools across your website, social media platforms, and directory listings. The lead capturing abilities of the software are also colossal! We are helping people grow their brand online and start selling online.

Q: We are changing the way people buy countertops online. So does your software work on any device?

A: Absolutely. Nowadays consumers are so dependent on their smartphones so all our tools are 100% responsive on all mobile-devices. This is so important because with your website being open 24/7, you can’t just rely on a generic “contact us” form anymore. Your standard contact us form tends to capture between 1 and 5% of customers’ information, whereas when using our tools they are 5 times more likely to share their contact information so we need to make sure our software works on any platform and on any device.

Q: Can you tell us something more about the lead capturing abilities?

A: Sure! All of our software is created to engage consumers and then drive those consumers to our customers to generate more revenue. Our Quoting Tool has all the stone pricing locked except the first three least expensive offerings. The consumer has to input their contact information and verify their phone number in order to unlock the pricing. Our visualization tools stop a consumer after a certain amount of clicks and ask them for contact information before continuing as well.
Our software is fun to use but the value comes from the ability to connect the consumer to our customer.

Q: Why is now the time for a technology solution like Quote Countertops?

A: Our clients consistently report an increase in sales anywhere from 10 to upwards of 30 percent.
