Below is our recent interview with Jim Moore, Co-founder of Sremium Group:

Q: Jim, can you introduce Sremium Group to our readers?

A: Sremium is a global leader in business process outsourcing, with a focus on digital payments and transactions. Since 2003 we have developed into a group of eight companies with diverse synergies, including offices in Bulgaria, east coast America, the UK, and of course our HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We’ve been working towards launching a new version of our website for a number of years now; something that will truly tell our story and put our best foot forward in this world. Sremium.com is a modern, sleek website that outlines who we are, what we do, and gives case studies of happy clients over the years. We’re very excited to see it out in the world!

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: I’ll give you an example by outlining some of our larger current projects. We designed, built and continue to maintain the TFI Bikes scheme in Ireland, which has become one of the most successful public bike share schemes in the world. We operate over a thousand bikes across dozens of stations in cities across the country. Everything was built in-house.

Separately, we also manage the technology behind the Port of Dakar in Senegal. We were involved in a total overhaul of the port from day one and thanks to our seamless software and hardware solution, under the TrafficFlow brand, the port has massively increased its throughput and continues to grow every day.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We have a couple of big projects we’re working on that we’re bound by contract to not talk about until they’re ready. One is an Irish government tender contract, another is based in Bulgaria. We are also developing Premium Rate Services solutions, while also managing multiple call centre contracts. So, busy busy right through to the end of the year.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: That we’re so diverse – people might know us from, for example, Park By Text, but might not know we run the TFI Bikes scheme. Or they might have heard of TrafficFlow in Dakar, but not know about our digital payments platform AllPointsPayments.
