Q: How would you describe StaffingScore in your own words?

A: StaffingScore provides 360° performance evaluations and performance summary reports for temporary IT staff. StaffingScore supports both business users and contractors. StaffingScore is the first application that addresses a void in the Temporary Staffing Industry – a means to measure and document the quality of a contractor’s work performance. Q: Can you give us insights into your features?

A: Evaluations cover not only technical skills but also soft skills such as time management, reliability, teamwork, communication and leadership. StaffingScore™ Reports summarize performance scores and evaluations over time, from job to job, so aggregate work history is represented. Reports also compare the contractor’s scores with their peer group (other StaffingScore contractors with the same job title). Peer ranking identifies peak performing contractors. “StaffingScore Elite” contractors perform in the top 10% of their peer group.

Q: What are the main reasons 360° performance evaluations build stronger teams?

A: A 360° Performance Evaluation is a professional feedback opportunity that enables a group of coworkers to provide feedback regarding a team member’s performance. Honest and reliable feedback can assist the individual to recognize previously unseen strengths, identify specific career development areas and become aware of blind spots in self-perception. The most effective 360° review processes provide feedback that is based on behaviors that other team members and those interacting in the team observe. This feedback approach helps team members learn to work more effectively together since most teams know more about how team members are performing than their manager. Multi-rater feedback makes team members more accountable to each other as they share the knowledge that they will provide input on each members’ performance. A well-planned, periodic review process can improve communication and team development.

Q: What are the advantages for businesses/contractors?

Q: What are the company’s plans and goals for the future?

StaffingScore is initially being marketed to US businesses but can apply for businesses globally.
