A: Think of Front as a multiplayer version of Gmail. We help companies collaborate on shared email accounts (like contact@, support@ or sales@ email addresses) as well as tweets and SMS. Making it easier and more efficient for teams to work together on messages they receive from the outside world.

A: Front has several key features:

  • Assigning messages to other teammates to know who’s in charge of what
  • Commenting on conversations to ask questions or make notes for teammates
  • Following conversations to keep an eye on important messages
  • Automated rules to automatically sort messages depending on chosen criteria

A: Front has 3 different pricing plan: it’s free for small teams of 2 sharing one inbox and then costs $9 per user per month on the standard plan and $29 per user per month on the premium plan (which has added rules and analytics).
