Q: Who is your ideal user and why?
A: We’re specifically focused on supporting those Software Developers who are being unfairly overlooked for jobs. The reality is that hiring managers are consistently finding themselves inundated with job applications, and bias has inadvertently been introduced into the screening process as they attempt to deal with these volumes. As a result, capable candidates who have the skills to do the job are being discounted as they do not have the “right” qualifications, work experience or any other irrelevant factor. We’re here to give those capable candidates equal access to job opportunities.
The ideal organization would be those tech companies that are actively promoting diversity and inclusion, as these efforts are most effective when objectivity is maintained from the very first interaction with a potential employee.

A: We’re currently working on enhancing our predictive algorithm which will augment our internal data with national job data, skills data, and technology trends; enabling us to predict future hiring trends and forecast the availability of skills. Not only will this help inform organizational technology and hiring strategies, but it will support developers when deciding how best to improve their skillset
