Q: What is UsersThink and how does it work?
A: UsersThink gives you a simple, direct way to get feedback from real people about your webpage. Just give us a page to test, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Once your page runs through UsersThink, you’ll get feedback from a dozen different people across the USA, letting you know first reactions, what they liked, what they didn’t, and how they felt about your webpage overall.
From there you can make small but meaningful changes to your site, making it easier, clearer and more likely to convert.
Q: What was your inspiration for making it?
A: My background is in usability (I learned it while working in ecommerce), and I’ve been a website usability consultant for years now. I’m really passionate about it, and I feel like usability and feedback gathering are hidden gems in plain sight for website owners.
While I’ve been able to work with a number of amazing companies and organizations, there have been a number of times where a great org couldn’t hire me due to budget limitations, even thought we both knew how much I could help.
I wanted to give them something that could help them make the changes needed to succeed, with the least amount of setup and cost possible. So I built this tool to give people with limited time and money a way to drastically improve their website.
Q: What is your monetization plan?
A: Charging per UsersThink test. It’s a pretty direct way to monetize, and it offers a lot of benefits for everyone involved.
Between requiring no setup on the part of a customer, and the fact that for the cost of one persons feedback with another service, UsersThink will deliver feedback from 12 individuals, means UsersThink is a pretty compelling service.
Q: What is your main goal at the moment?
A: I want to help as many people with their projects, businesses and organizations.
I know how frustrating it can be when things just aren’t working no matter how much effort you put into it, and UsersThink is designed to help with that problem. So getting the word out about UsersThink and making sure everyone who uses it is happy are my two main points of focus.
Q: How would you convince the reader to start using UsersThink?
A: Ask yourself: how objective are you “REALLY” when looking at your website? Wouldn’t you love a shortcut to learning what’s really working and what really isn’t?
And just so you know how much I believe in the product, I’ve been using UsersThink to improve the UsersThink website, and I’ve been amazed, after all these years of doing this type of work, how much this type of feedback can help.
