Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to VidCruiter?

A: VidCruiter is a cloud-based HR software-as-a-service provider established in 2009. Our core business is to provide tailored video interviewing solutions to high-performing recruitment teams from mid to large organizations. But our solution doesn’t stop at video interviewing, we also offer a full suite of digital hiring tools to streamline every other stage of the recruitment process.

We currently serve hundreds of clients from around the world, including Samsung, the United Nations, Citibank, KPMG, Kraft Heinz and a number of professional sports teams. We currently employ 40+ individuals globally with a presence on all continents.

Q: How is video interviewing disrupting the recruiting world?

A: Let’s face it, traditional screening methods tend to be costly, time-consuming and often ineffective. VidCruiter’s suite of digital recruitment tools reduces time-to-hire and recruiting costs by automating the tedious tasks that don’t bring much value to the hiring process (telephone interviews, reference checking, scheduling…) and improving the efficiency and accuracy of the ones that do (Digital Structured interviews, skills testing, video interviews…).

Phone interviews are one of the easiest processes to automate within the recruiting function and VidCruiter has the perfect solution.
