Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: As many of our clients use Veeva products it is very important for Viseven’s solutions to be integrated with Veeva. But the opportunities you can use highly depend on what partnership status you have. The Digital Factory Accelerator Partner’s (DFAP) status we have obtained recently allows our clients to be the first to get the latest features, updates, and hints of Veeva’s products. Our status also provides customers with the opportunity to fully benefit from the synergy of Viseven’s and Veeva’s systems.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: As the modern world is being digitalized at a very high speed, Viseven helps pharmaceutical companies in implementing digital transformation uniting people, processes & tools to eliminate the gap between strategic and operational. No matter what stage of digital maturity they are at. For instance, our client needs to align content strategy, operations, and execution. We will assist in choosing the best way of reaching their target audience and tracking their efficiency.
We also help pharma to move from a multichannel to an omnichannel strategy. Due to numerous regulations and restrictions, life science companies often publish content in different channels but do not analyze the results and decide which of them is good for a certain persona. Viseven connects all of these channels into one ecosystem and in this way increases the engagement of healthcare professionals.
Long time to market due to complex medical and legal review (MLR) procedure? Not a problem! Our automation tool significantly reduces the time for MLR. Here is also one of the key benefits our clients receive. If they always create content from scratch, they have to invest more time and effort into that: find contractors, coordinate their work, go through MLR again and again. What we offer is applying a modular approach because creating content from modules is much easier. Moreover, our clients do not need to approve each piece. If they have modules that have passed MLR before all they have to do is to approve some new elements. And it saves time.
