Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: We’re adding new features and capabilities to WorkMode every day. In the months ahead, WorkMode will roll out new gamification features that will further align the benefits of WorkMode between employers and employees. We want to make WorkMode something that is fun for employees to use. Imagine competitions between teams to reduce usage, and prizes for limiting cell phone use at work. We really believe that reducing the dangers of phone distraction can be a win-win for everyone involved. We’re also always looking to expand our product’s reach to new industries that might not have considered technological solutions to phone distraction before.
