Q: Michael, could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to YipTV?
A: YipTV allows subscribers to watch their favorite programs, on a streamed basis, in any number of ways. The YipTV app is available for both Apple iOS or Google Android smartphones, tablets or PCs. YipTV can also be viewed on a traditional TV screen using either an Apple TV™ or a GoogleHome™ (formerly Chromecast) device. Also, with YipTV’s Android app, subscribers can GoogleCast YipTV’s channels directly to any HDMI connected monitor, TV set or projector.
The mobile cable service is also available over any wired or wireless (Wi-Fi) broadband connection, using Internet-based delivery technology to provide affordable access to its wide range of international channels. YipTV offers simultaneous viewing, with up to five devices under each account, without any interruption. T-Mobile customers, who are taking advantage of the “Binge On” plan, can stream all day without worrying about their data use.

Q: What kinds of feedback are you getting from users?
A: Our users love the ease in watching what they want, when they, wherever they want. That’s why we have always engaged with our viewers. We are consistently working with them to learn and uncover out what types of programming the millennials and all OTT viewers want to watch. This high touch of engagement is proving more valuable by the day. Our customer research lets us know how people consume television. Their viewing habits are changing rapidly in this content rich, technology driven era. That’s why, what they’re telling us, is being used to deliver what they’re interested, in as we add more channels to our growing lineup.
Q: What can we expect from YipTV in the future?
A: We are launching a new VOD (Video on Demand) feature and many new channels including Cine Sony, CubaMaxTV and Duck TV which already are available on YipTV.
