Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Sure thing. Zeus Living is a hospitality and proptech platform that specializes in flexible, extended stays. We design and manage homes that can be rented for 30 days or longer across more than 125 destinations across the U.S.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We released our first-ever Holiday Report, including top destinations and tips for people planning a longer-term holiday away. We looked at our own bookings and found that more people than ever before are spending the winter months in a new destination, in part thanks to the popularity of remote work. Our average length of stay is up 65% this year compared to last, totaling in 190 nights, and we’re seeing the greatest demand in Washington D.C.
Then, we commissioned an external study of 1,000 Americans in partnership with a data intelligence firm and discovered 58% of respondents want to spend the holiday season away from home, while 20% are considering it. Most want to go to the beach, followed by the mountains. It’s exciting to see an increasing number of people are taking advantage of the work-from-anywhere trend this season, and are choosing to make new holiday traditions together.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Absolutely. We partner with homeowners to drive returns on their investment and care for their properties. We market their homes and keep them clean, vet residents and run background checks, manage maintenance needs, and handle any and all late-night requests from residents. We also serve as a partner to businesses, providing flexible housing solutions for corporate travel needs.
We fully stock and custom-design every home we manage, so residents can enjoy the consistency of a hotel experience when they stay with us, paired with personalized touches like local art. We want our residents to feel at home with us, and we offer 24/7 support in case any issues arise.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Right now, we’re developing new solutions for our owners and we’re planning to introduce partnerships that will be beneficial to residents in the coming months. In addition to expanding our tech stack and offerings, we’re sustainably growing our portfolio of managed homes—both in existing and new destinations around the country.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: People may not know that our pricing is consistently lower than hotels and we offer discounts for longer stays. When booking with us directly, it pays to play around with check-in and check-out dates to get the best deal. It’s a good thing to keep in mind as folks think through their holiday away plans.
Some people may also assume we only have apartment-style units. But, unlike our competitors, we offer a range in our inventory of managed properties for different use cases—from studio apartments to spacious single-family homes, perfect for gatherings with family. We can’t wait to host residents for the holidays and help make their experience unforgettable.
