Q: Gary, you’ve have been in business since 2002, tell us something more about the company and your history?

A: Executive Search Partners is a highly regarded boutique nationwide IT recruiting company with offices in Michigan, Florida and North Carolina. We work on both Retained and Contingent searches for Manager and up positions. We have done searches for clients in over 25 states and 4 countries.

Q: What advantage does Executive Search Partners have over its competitors?

A: We may be the only IT focused search company in the US where all of the Partners are former IT executives. All of us worked our way up from programming positions. We understand IT in depth and know what it takes to be successful. We often consult with our clients to help them refine their organization structure and resultant position requirements and then use the requirements, our network and our knowledge and experience to find, recruit, and screen candidates. Customers tell us that like working with us because we provide good counsel and always bring them excellent candidates.

Q: What problems do you see in the current executive search landscape?

A: The market for IT executives is strong. From our customer’s point of view, salaries are climbing and competition for good IT executives is strong. Fortunately for them they have us to help them fill their open positions.

Q: What can we expect from Executive Search Partners in 2016?

A: More of the same. High quality IT search services for our customers with a continuing strong growth in placements. We grew by 375% in the last two years and expect this strong growth to continue.

Q: What’s the best thing about Executive Search Partners that people might not know about?

A: As former IT executives we know how to combine technology and process optimization to provide excellent service for our customers. While most companies may take several weeks to a couple of months to find candidates, our refined technology enabled processes help us find, recruit, screen, and present well qualified candidates within 2 weeks, and often in 1 week. As an example, one client contacted us last week and said he needed a Manager SAP Basis with HANA experience ASAP. We made this our #1 priority and sent him 5 resumes within 24 hours.

Q: What kinds of positions did you fill in 2015?

A: We filled IT line management positions that included CIO, Vice President, CTO, Director, CISO, Manager and Senior Project Manager. For our consulting clients we filled position that included Sales Executive, Vice President, Director, Client Partner and Senior Project Manager.
