Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: We are a leading healthcare technology company with a comprehensive suite of proprietary, cloud-based solutions for growing healthcare organizations. Our mission is to provide practices of all sizes with solutions that increase revenue, improve clinical workflows, lower operational costs and modernize the patient experience. To date, we serve more than 40,000 providers nationwide.

Q: Can you give us more insights into what makes your company unique?

A: Unlike other HIT companies in our class, we supply a comprehensive portfolio that spans a wide range of specialties. We have technology-enabled services and solutions that are designed specifically for small to medium sized practices as well as services dedicated to enhance operations of large group organizations.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We are excited to announce that 2021 produced record growth for CareCloud. We anticipate that, as an organization, we have not only exceeded $138 million in revenue, but have done so so while experiencing record EBITDA growth of approximately $22 million.

Q: Can you give us insights into your products?

A: Our comprehensive, technology-enabled services and solutions meet practices where they are. Services can be grouped into three main competency camps. 1.) Our RCM services adapt to the client’s software strategy. Whether they decide to maintain their current PM/EHR system or transition to our robust system, our solutions aren’t bound by any platform. 2.) Our workforce extension services (Force) and business intelligence & automation software (PrecisionBI & Microbots) allows us to support our clients beyond what traditional EHR companies can offer. 3.) We provide revenue-impacting services for front and back-end operational improvement such as credentialing, prior authorization, and contract negotiations.

Q: What are some of the main objectives for your company in the year ahead and how do you plan to achieve them?

A: Our main objective for the year ahead is to meet the growing demands of modern healthcare organizations. We strive to continually evolve our portfolio toe ensure we maintain our competitive edge. Our goal in 2022 is to identify and fill technology gaps while bolstering our market position as a comprehensive technology provider for healthcare practices of all sizes.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: We address pain points often found in the healthcare tech industry- the pain of switching from one system to another. Unlike our competitors, we adapt to the client’s strategy and needs. If the client is happy with the software they have in place, we can plug in our services and work through their system, and vice versa.
