Q: Who is your ideal client and why?

A: Do Your Order’s ideal client is typically a new or established restaurant or hospitality establishment that seeks to modernize operations and enhance the customer experience. They often operate in a diverse, multilingual environment and place a high value on efficiency, customer empowerment, and data-driven decision-making. It’s important to note that, despite the platform’s user-friendly nature, clients should have basic IT literacy, such as accessing emails on their phones. This solution might not be suitable for individuals who don’t regularly use email or aren’t comfortable setting up complex passwords. Our clients use smartphones for various tasks, including reading news, accessing social media, and managing calendars. Now, they can also efficiently run a single restaurant or an entire chain using our platform.

Q: Can you tell us more about your solutions?

A: Do Your Order offers a comprehensive restaurant management solution that includes multilingual digital menus, self-ordering, multiple payment options, on-table service, robust reporting and analytics tools, secure credit card processing, and efficient inventory management. It serves as a unified platform designed to enhance efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and optimize overall restaurant performance.

Q: What are your plans?

A: We continuously improve our service by engaging in feedback sessions with our current clients to ensure the platform consistently delivers on its promise of being user-friendly for both clients and restaurant staff. Many of our clients are located in Germany, the Nordic countries, Japan, and South Korea. We’re also enhancing our internal processes to serve a larger customer base more efficiently by automating CRM support using AI. Our goal is to maintain a ratio of one Client Relation agent for every 1,000 restaurants. Additionally, we aim to minimize interactions between CRM agents and prospective clients by providing detailed instructions on setting up the platform. These instructions will be available in the app, on the website, and through chat support. Once these improvements are implemented, we plan to expand our services, allowing clients to use the platform for Take Away and Delivery options and offering customer rewards.
