JobNimbus was founded in 2013 as a project management solution for roofing contractors and has since developed into a business growth tool for home exterior contractors of all sizes. Here is our recent interview with Ben Hodson, Co-founder and CEO at JobNimbus:

Q: Ben, can you tell us something more about JobNimbus and your history?

A: JobNimbus thrives on making contractors heroes. It’s part of everything we do. My founders and I developed the software because of a chance meeting with someone in the roofing industry who mentioned just how bad technology in the industry was. We knew we could build something better. After releasing the product we heard feedback from users about how helpful it was, even life-changing for some, and that motivated us to do everything we could for their business success.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We recently announced that we’re releasing a brand new mobile app. It’s going to change the way contractors run their business with functionality that lets contractors manage all aspects of their business from their phones. It is so inconvenient for contractors to hop on a desktop when they’re on a job site, so we’re giving them the ability to solve problems right from their phones.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your product?

A: We’re solving problems for contractors. So many contractors are using outdated processes for managing their business and it’s leading to a lot of unnecessary time and effort spent. Our sales and project management software allows users to organize their business for more efficiency, professionalism, and profitability. Having a tool like this saves people hours of work every week and makes them more money. At the end of the day, we’re giving people their lives back.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We have a lot of product releases coming soon. We already have a product team working on improving the upcoming mobile app and we have teams working on building more integrations, more automations, and more efficient tools for our users. We have some of the best product teams in the world, and they have incredible ideas for improving the product that we’re implementing in the coming months.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: How much of a business growth tool we truly are. We’re not just a home exteriors software company, we’re a true growth partner. We produce business education content through our YouTube series Building Business, we built a team of growth advisors to consult with our users on making their business processes and practices more successful, and we host growth summits at our office monthly. We also have a big event called the JobNimbus Solutions Summit where customers and non-customers alike can join us in Cabo San Lucas for an incredible business growth experience.
