Q: Can you provide a brief overview of your company
A: OTSAW is a Singapore-based robotics & AI company disrupting sectors such as Security, Healthcare, and Logistics through the use of autonomous robots. We empowers businesses in 20+ countries with 1000+ robots deployed and tallying over 3 million days of robot operations. With teams located in Singapore, Europe, and the United States, we deliver innovative solutions to clients worldwide.
Q: What makes your company unique?
A: While most robotic companies produce robots for just 1 industry, OTSAW has been producing robots for multiple industries such as logistics, security, delivery.
Founded in the heart of Silicon Valley in 2015, OTSAW is a global pioneer in robotics with an international presence across 20+ countries, deployment of 800+ robots and clocking more than 2,449,880 days of robot operations with offices in Singapore, Boston and Munich.
With close to a decade of robotics operation experience, we realized that our robots shouldn’t be limited to any industry – they should be allowed to excel in multiple sectors to empower businesses everywhere.
Q: What is your core competence?
A: We provide robotic solutions for the Facility Management Industry, primarily focusing on areas such as Hospitals & Healthcare, Commercial Airports, Hotels & Hospitality, Commercial & Industrial Spaces, and Retail & Shopping Malls. Our commitments are poised to disrupt more in the future.
The applications of our robots are not confined by industry limits, as they hold versatile potential across diverse sectors and spaces.
Q: What advantage does your company have over its competitors?
A: We offer a RaaS (Robot-As-A-Service) model where you only pay for what you use. Customers can deploy our robots and pay a subscription fee with minimal upfront capital, while we provide setup, training, maintenance, and software updates to make sure the robots are always at top performance at all-times.
Q: How would you convince the reader to start using your services?
A: Our robots are designed by humans, created to empower all individuals. They are made to be user-friendly so you don’t have to possess any special knowledge to work with them. Our team will also be a collaborative partner providing guidance and support, empowering you to become proficient in operating the robot. So far our customer satisfaction rate has been close to 100%, so you’re definitely in good hands.
Q: What’s the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We were founded in Silicon Valley in 2015, and now our HQ is based in Singapore. Our robots are proudly made in Singapore.
Q: Is there anything more you would like to add or highlight?
A: Every robotic company struggles with the base of the robot. After years of grappling with the quest for the perfect robot base for Camello+. We’ve decided to take things into our own hands. Eventually we crafted a robot base so exceptional it almost feels wrong to keep it exclusive.
We know their pain. We know their struggles. In an attempt to uplift the entire robotics industry, we are open to share our robot base with them.
