Leadership Continuity and Transition

ABC-Amega will continue to operate as an independent entity, with its current executive leadership, including President Paul Catalano and CFO Robert States, at the helm. While David Herer, ABC-Amega’s CEO, will transition his daily responsibilities to John Fisher, BII’s CEO, he will remain involved as a strategic advisor on BII’s advisory board.
