Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Get a Rebate Real Estate Group is a one-of-a-kind real estate referral network that allows buyers to get a rebate when they buy or build in any of the 40 states that allow rebates while working with a local agent in their neighborhood. Q: Can you tell us more about your services?

A: Buyers and Sellers go to https://getarebate.com/ scroll down on the home page and complete either the Sellers form and/or the Buyers form to be matched with a local agent where you are selling and/or buying or building.  When you go through our rebate program, we match you with an agent that has already agreed to our program and will give you the benefits of the program without the buyer/seller having to do anything differently.  These are full service real estate agents, most will work with Keller Williams, however, we do have agents under other brokerages in our database as well.  We have created a win-win scenario since there is no cost or obligation for the buyer/seller to get these benefits, and the agents attain buyers and sellers they normally would not have worked with, at $0 marketing dollars to them.  There are 40 states that allow rebates and the rebate is typically a credit toward the buyer’s closing costs.  So true in your pocket savings since it lowers the amount of money you have to bring to closing.  For sellers, agents lower the listing fee for instant savings to sellers.  It’s kind of like having a coupon for real estate, and the savings can be substantial.  If you are a real estate agent (or know of a really good one) and would like to participate in the program just complete this form, there is no cost to sign up. Lenders play an important role as well since the lender the buyer works with must allow the rebate.  We may run into some that don’t, but usually it’s just a matter of educating the loan officer.
