Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to the KDG?

A: KDG is a technology and business consulting firm based in Allentown, PA. Some of our clients have been by our side for over two decades and we’ve been their steadfast ally through pivotal moments, be it rebranding, mergers, growth, or industry upheavals. A: We are an end-to-end professional services firm. As evidenced by the breath of our services, we take full ownership of every business process need, from improving operational efficiency and minimizing manual redundancy to financial process optimization and ensuring compliance. While our clients may come to us with one specific need, oftentimes these engagements expand into long-term partnerships across different services and departments. These opportunities, when we can seamlessly integrate into our client’s business framework and help facilitate their growth trajectory, are the engagements we value most.

Q: What can we expect from KDG in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: Closing out 2022, KDG proudly earned accolades as a leading B2B global company and was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania. We’re setting our sights on achieving similar milestones as we approach the end of 2023. On the internal front, we’re also gearing up for a dynamic rebranding of our website, which we think will better reflect who KDG is and what we do.

Most importantly, we plan to continue to lead the way in predictability, transparency, and open communication. These aren’t just values; they’re the pillars that define us. We’re always pushing boundaries, ensuring we never rest on our laurels and consistently infuse purpose into our actions. In this regard, we’re currently reviewing our processes and service offerings to ensure they reflect our values.  For anyone who has worked with us, you know that we are always going to be our own worst critic, calling ourselves out when we fail to meet our high standards.  Our business is really one of trust and can you cannot do that without a culture of accountability and humility.

Finally, the AI revolution is an area where we are advising both ourselves and our clients non-stop.
