Q: What can we expect from Momentum Search Partners in the next 12 months? What are your plans?

A: In order to be able to keep up with our clients’ needs we have hired two new full-time legal recruiters in the past 12 months. Our business is affected by the economy and other factors outside our control, but if the hiring market continues to be as hot as it was for the last several years, we would like to continue to grow.  We are also investing in new technology tools and in training on how to use them, so that we can quickly bring the very best candidates to our clients’ job opening and provide our candidates with more job options.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: Finding quality, on-point candidates can be difficult, especially in the frenzied hiring market of the past several years, but every recruiter at Momentum brings energy, determination, and perseverance to every search they undertake. On the candidate side, we strive to provide every candidate with timely and honest feedback whether it relates to their resume, how they can improve during the interview process, and what they can expect in the way of compensation and job opportunities, given their background and experience.
