Q: What is covered in your phone insurance policies?
A: As a comprehensive insurer, we pride ourselves on our wide range of cover. When a customer takes out a policy with us, they’re protected against accidental damage, loss, mechanical breakdown, liquid damage, theft, screen damage, and up to £10,000 worth of unauthorised calls. On top of that, our customers get up to £150 of accessory cover, as well as unlimited worldwide cover.
We cover all modern manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung, Google, and Sony, including the latest devices. However, we also cover a range of devices that may be considered out-dated or less common – even if a specific model doesn’t appear on our site, customers can call our team and get a quote.

Finally, we provide an end-to-end service, with every claim going through our in-house, UK-based, team. Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: We are always reviewing our product and customer experience, as the tech market can be very dynamic. As technology changes and the eco system becomes more integrated we will look to incorporate a wider range of products in to our offering.
