Below is our recent interview with Samir Smajic, CEO of GetAccept:

Q: For those who have never heard of it, how would you describe GetAccept?

A: From start-up challenger to becoming an industry leader,​ ​GetAccept​ is on a mission to radically redefine the way companies run sales. GetAccept provides a sales enablement platform for sales to design, send, promote, track and e-sign sales documents, leveraging sales collateral, contract management, proposals, and electronic signatures in one place, a so-called Deal Room. And at the same time providing real-time insights about active deals, enabling sales teams to keep track of the real pipeline and maximize performance with the help of AI, smart reminders and advanced reporting.

Q: What are some of the real-world results enterprises can expect with your solution?

A: Sales reps struggle to deliver a good buying experience as B2B sales move online. As B2B sales move online, it becomes increasingly difficult to navigate sales processes and to communicate effectively and engagingly, on a personal level. Buyers are bogged down by endless email threads, making it difficult for sales reps to build trust, engage buyers and understand the stakeholder structure. Furthermore, sales reps spend less than 36%* of their time selling, meaning valuable selling time is consumed by using multiple tools to find content, create proposals, amend contracts and collect signatures. In addition, most SMB sales teams are still using a legacy toolbox

GetAccept is the one tool you need to be able to sell remotely and digitally, after you have a CRM. With GetAccept the customer will experience shorter sales cycles since GetAccept removes friction in the buying process, making it easier for the buyer to say yes. Q: You’ve recently raised $20,000,000 in Series B funding; can you tell us something more?

A: We have raised $20 million in Series B funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. BVP has previously known brands such as Docusign, Shopify, Pipedrive and Linkedin in its portfolio and with a clear focus on the US market, they will be a valuable partner for GetAccept and their continued plans for expansion in the US. The capital injection will be used to invest in the development of the product and the offer at the same time as it will accelerate growth in new markets.

Q: Can you tell us something about your pricing?

A: We have a subscription based model with packages for different needs and sizes. The Starter is covering your basic eSigning needs, the Business package gives you more features to be personal and gain control, the Enterprise package gives you access to integrations and Contract Lifecycle Management and the API package makes it possible to automatically trigger document workflows from e.g. your website

Q: What are your plans for the first half of 2021?

A: We will be growing on a global level as we see more and more businesses going digital
-Expanding to new markets (US + EU)
-Accelerating our product roadmap and focus on product development
-Setting up the teams to cater for that growth (sales, marketing and product focused)
