Q: Could you give our readers a brief introduction to the Marco Baldocchi Group?

A: The Marco Baldocchi Group is developing in Miami with the aim of providing companies with support and innovation in marketing and communication using neuromarketing. The team’s professionals create business strategies adapted to the company’s needs and communication plans that can emotionally engage users to increase sales and turnover. We have clients in every sector and field and can boast an innovative and unique method of approaching marketing: studying the purchasing behaviors of the people.

Q: Marco, can you tell us something more about you? How was your company born?

A: I run a communication agency in Italy and I decided to open my skills to the American market, which fascinates me and where I immediately found an excellent response. The decision to structure myself also in the United States was a real turning point in terms of my business and professional growth.

Starting a project in the United States was also a big challenge for me. In 2005 my first office was a room of about 16 square meters without heating, but my life, professional and personal, has been pushed by ambition, and now I am here! I am co-author of the book “Money Matters vol. 2” in the U.S.A. and the book “Neuromarketing for the food market” in Italy.

Q: What exactly do you offer your customers?

A: My company and I are specialized in neuromarketing and this is our real and great innovation: to develop communication and marketing strategies we use neuroscience studies and we apply them to the language of social and digital. Understanding what people think and how they react to an impulse is fundamental to promote a product or service. I often talk about it during my speeches at international events and I find more and more feedback. Many companies are becoming aware of this and our exclusive service is in fact increasingly in demand.

For example, we develop mobile apps with augmented reality, and the reason is that for us this technology is a great tool to let people experience emotions.

Q: Can you tell us more about your services?

A: The study of the human mind has allowed us to deepen also the emotional part of the human brain and we have understood that emotions can play a fundamental role in communication. Precisely for this reason we have specialized in the use of augmented reality applied to apps or service platforms, which evokes emotions in users and leads them to certain commercial choices. A real revolution in marketing and advertising that obtains surprising and better results every time.

Q: What are the company’s plans and objectives for the future?

A: We will continue to offer our innovative services without abandoning the idea that emotions are the basis of any commercial choice. This is really giving us great satisfaction. We are already structured to provide a development of quality apps and we guarantee absolute professionalism and competence. Our eyes are always on the future and our desire is to become, in Miami as in Italy, a reference point for those companies that want to revolutionize, innovate and improve their marketing strategies.
