Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to ClickFunnels?

Q: How are you dealing with the current situation? How are you dealing with new “normal”?
A: ClickFunnels is fortunate for a couple of reasons, one being that we have an amazing team with the majority of our employees working remotely, so we did not have much to adapt to and ClickFunnels is economically sound which has allowed us to make the decisions that we need based on what’s best for our users so that we can provide peace of mind that ClickFunnels is not going anywhere.
Q: Who is your ideal user and why?
A: The ideal ClickFunnels user is a small to midsize business who is looking to either generate a lead or sell a product or service online. Most of our customers are looking for an online tool that doesn’t require a lot of technology knowledge but is simple to use. They want a tool that helps them build their business without having to bundle together a lot of different technology resources. This is why our online drag and drop simple to use editor tool has been so successful.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your features?
A: We are much more than an amazing drag and drop software tool that allows you to build out numerous funnels to help grow your customer base and business.
One of the largest concerns most online businesses owners deal with is “cart abandonment.” Where the get the customer interested in their products only to have them leave as soon as they get to the checkout page. Our platform allows our customers to control the entire experience and split test even the checkout process. This feature reduces cart abandonment and increases sales for our customers.
There are dozens of marketing automation tools on the market these days. Unfortunately none of them track the entire customer experience aside from ClickFunnels. This helps business owners measure and fix any and all of the issues their customers might have through their customer journey.
As amazing as the front end funnels are at bringing customers in. The greatest feature is “follow up funnels”. We find for every dollar a business owner generates on the front end funnel, they typically average anywhere from twelve to seventeen dollars on the back end through the use of our follow up funnels.
Our integration features allow customers who have already built their businesses on other platforms to easily integrate with ClickFunnels. This way they do not have to abandon what is working with their other tools. They can integrate ClickFunnels to enhance and improve the effectiveness of what they are currently doing.
In addition to software features, we also host Funnel Hackathons twice daily, where top funnel builders show up LIVE to build a different funnel every day and answer your questions.

Q: Can you tell us something about your pricing plans?
A: We offer a 14-day trial and two plan options. A $97/month basic plan and a platinum level at $297/month. Not only does the platinum level provide an unlimited amount of funnels, pages but the most valuable piece is the online education tools covering marketing, funnels, copywriting, business growth, and personal development.

Q: What can we expect from ClickFunnels in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: With the increased demand for ecommerce we are building out additional tools to serve our customers. We are adding built in fulfillment and shipping tools. The ability to collect tax no matter where your customers live. Multi variant options for quantity, color and sizes.
ClickFunnels has organically grown to serve business owners around the world. Currently we only have customer support in English. Due to the demand of our software world wide we are expanding the platform and our customer support into multiple languages. Spanish will be the first language with others to come soon.
We are always looking for ways to better serve our customers. We will be rolling out phone support to help enhance the customer experience and help them to greater advantage of our software tools to grow and scale their businesses.
We will also be adding additional features to our membership site platform, email automations and greater opportunities to integrate with other software resources. We are also looking at adding even more payment gateways in other countries that will enhance the ability for customers to receive payments in ways that are more favorable to their customers local preferences.
