Developed by French startup Giroptic, the 360cam is the first ultra high definition 360º camera that breaks through the limitation of the frame to record the entire experience of the moment in 360°.

The 360cam captures 360×300 spherical videos and photos while keeping all the stitching processing inside the camera. The 360cam is the first of its kind to immediately capture within the camera the highest quality 360° video and photos.

The 360cam hits Kickstarter goal of $150.000 in just one day.

With more than $950.000 received from Kickstarter backers the 360cam looking forward to new Stretch goal of $1M.

The reward for the next stretch goal will be an additional 1180 mAh rechargeable battery.
