Q: Can you tell us something more about the company and what you do?
A: Something a lot of people don’t realize is how much gaming content is being created every day. Most gamers nowadays have the ability to capture highlights of their gameplace to create video clips, but many of them don’t have a place to share that content.
Clutch is a vibrant and positive community of gamers who share their favorite clips and highlights with each other.
We like to say that Clutch gives your gaming clips a home and community to share them with.
Our app launched last year, and the latest version is now available on the iOS App Store, Android/Google Play, and via our website at Clutch.win.

Clutch is lead by two gamers: me (Ryan Probasco) and my co-founder Evrhet Milam. We used to work together at another company, and after work we would play Xbox together. We used to make clips of our gameplay, but we realized it was extremely hard to share that content with other gamers.

Q: Can you give us insights into your features?
A: We make it really easy to create video clips of gaming highlights. Often, these clips are housed on a console (Xbox, Playstation) or a PC, and not shared with the broader community.
On Clutch, users can post clips to the service and immediately get views, likes, and comments from a positive gaming community.
Q: You’ve recently launched a new page that lets gamers view Xbox gameplay clips; could you tell us something more?
A: As we’ve grown, the number of clips on Clutch has grown to the point that we’ve been able to curate collections of clips from different consoles and platforms.
The most popular of these is our Xbox clips page, which features a fresh batch of trending Xbox clips every day.
Q: What’s the best thing about Xbox clips that people might not know about?
A: Most gamers know that Microsoft has made it really easy for gamers to capture clips while playing Xbox. But most gamers don’t know that they can take those highlights and clips and build an audience by sharing them with a community of gamers. That’s why we built Clutch!

Q: What are the company’s plans and goals for the future?
A: We’re excited to keep growing. We want to continue to help gamers who want to share their gaming clips and content with others. Recently, we launched our blog to do just that.
We publish fresh content all the time, covering topics from getting more views on YouTube for gamers, to streaming platform comparisons like Mixer vs Twitch. This is one of the many ways we’re helping the gaming community.
