BoostOptix Moves Sales Productivity To The Next Level

BoostOptix helps the sales and management teams correlate email communication with each and every stage of the customer lifecycle. BoostOptix recently released its free email productivity solution – BoostBasics that helps users add inbound and outbound emails automatically. Below is our interview with Nate Bride, CEO of BoostOptix:

Q: BoostOptix helps the sales and management teams correlate email communication. Tell us something more about the company?

A: There is a great saying that “good design is 99% invisible.” What makes Boost unique is that we take that same concept to our sales productivity experience. What do I mean? We believe that the best products in the world work without you realizing that they are even there. Boost is 99% invisible and we strive to improve in our “invisibility” with every release. Let me share a quick story from Adam Dunhill, CEO of YesData. He emailed me recently and I think did a great job of summarizing true value proposition of BoostOptix! “Nate, I have been using BoostOptix for about 2 weeks and forget that it was even there. I go about my daily sales tasks emailing and setting up meetings in Office 365 and then was really pleased when I found that all that work had been mapped to the corresponding leads and contacts in Salesforce. You don’t know how busy you are until it is recorded. It brings all of my efforts together tying up loose ends in Salesforce and makes you accountable for your work. Q: You’ve recently announced free email productivity solution – BoostBasics, what are main benefits of using it?

Q: What are BoostInsights key features?

A: Now, we have talked about BoostBasics and how it saves you time. The key value of BoostInsights is rich data that is contained in these emails. Again, think about your own inbox. How well do you remember every word on every email? The value of the BoostInsights is that we are reading these emails with you – updating dashboards to give you trends and updating fields to help your data quality. It is doing this work without your reps doing anything. For example, one of our clients, Ninja, uses Boost to track all features and competitors of their prospects. Instead of having reps manually update these fields, the BoostOptix Insights Engine reads the email and the Boost rules and does it for them. The entire product roadmap is prioritized by the data and insights that Boost automatically creates from reading the inbound emails.

Q: How would you convince the reader to start using BoostOptix?

A: So, Readers, BoostOptix is Free. It is on the AppExchange and not only will it give you more time to work, it’s also a very quick and simple installation and rollout. For some perspective, this past weekend I had a prospect call me on Friday night from Europe, he self-installed on Saturday Morning, and rolled out to his users on Monday. It is simple and effective.
