Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Avirtech recently introduced three innovative and unique drones; the first world’s gimbal spraying nozzle for pest management (Aviro D16) and seed shooter planter drones. We designed the D16 drones series to overcome crop failure caused by pests and manage the sustainable spraying process in Southeast Asia. In addition, the seed shooter can optimize forestation and industrial forest plantation planting operations.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Avirtech plays three roles in precision agriculture game-changer utilizing drones technology; drones for remote sensing with sensors for in-depth analysis, drones for precision spraying, and drones for preventive and emergency treatment of the identified problems.
We use drones with sensors for in-depth analysis of crop health. Our solutions provide on-demand data with insights to help agribusiness take proactive steps to optimize their yields, minimize risks and improve plantations operations efficiency.
Our solution for precision spraying is to deliver a precise dosage of pesticides to specific points on trees, which is much more effective than applying a spray to the whole tree. Besides, it reduces the risk of harmful side effects of pesticides on the environment and the workforce and reduces operational costs.
Our drones’ aerial surveillance patrol and inspection is the perfect solution for agribusiness to identify early problems caused by pests and unwanted human activity and prevent them from worsening. It helps agribusiness to do quick-response and is time-efficient.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Every year, the demand for agricultural products continues to increase along with the increasing world population. We want to help agribusiness produce quality crops and reduce food loss due to crop failure caused by pests and climate change. The drone innovations that we have made can provide real-time and accurate data so that agribusiness can respond more quickly and improve plantation conditions to produce superior and abundant crops. Also, we want to support smart farming and sustainable agriculture and forestation programs that are campaigning in Southeast Asia.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: Precision agriculture using drones is not a new thing. Nevertheless, our drone is undoubtedly different from other drone company providers for spraying, maintenance, or surveillance, and this is our core value.
