Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Graphos?

A: Absolutely. Graphos started in 1993 as a branding and marketing agency. I had a background in journalism and had worked at a daily newspaper where I fell in love with advertising. We evolved into digital marketing and user experience experts, working with our clients on the pillars of digital marketing, branding and business growth. Those are still the three things we’re known for, along with our track record of creating measurable results at every level of our engagement.

Q: You’ve recently been listed as one of Marketing Tech Outlook magazine’s Top 10 Hubspot Solution Providers of 2018; could you tell us more?

A: Graphos has been a Hubspot partner agency since 2014, and the platform has become essential to our work. Q: Can you give us insights into your services?

A: We’ve got several multi-talented people on our team, which is important when taking a client through a full transformation. Within our three pillars of digital marketing, branding and business growth, we do almost everything in-house. That includes comprehensive marketing strategy, brand management, web and app development, content strategy, user experience planning, content marketing, PPC campaigns, social media, podcasts, video, PR and media event planning.

Q: How does Graphos help businesses grow? Why is marketing so important?

A: We particularly excel at working directly with business owners who want to turn their brands into market leaders. That means collaborating on an ongoing basis to finesse every customer touchpoint, and continuously improving everything the enterprise does. For example, some clients have a variety of audiences, multiple distribution channels, and offices in more than one city. We help tie all those things together, and help the client manage change and growth along the way. Every time we meet, we go over metrics, check in on all goals and set new ones. Q: What makes you stand out from your competition?

A: Passion, expertise and experience, delivered through a genuine dream team. Our media services director was the National Hockey League’s first-ever full-time webmaster, and composes music for the video he produces, and our director of strategy has been in marketing about a quarter century. I’ve been lucky enough to direct projects ranging from international product launches to a global online lottery, and the work we’re doing today for business growth is some of the most exciting I’ve experienced. Our team is the secret sauce, a core of elite senior talent surrounded by enough millennials to inject fresh insight and enthusiasm. Together, there aren’t many challenges we can’t solve or solutions we can’t deliver on with world-class production values.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: We’re going to continue partnering with clients who make our work fun and rewarding by trusting us, providing honest input and empowering us to do our very best work. We’ll keep adding one great client at a time, always with a focus on first establishing fit. And of course we will continue incorporating smart tools and platforms audiences want to engage with into the campaigns we build. In short, even better results, even greater joy.
