Q: How would you describe Cloudlead in your own words?

A: Cloudlead is a custom B2B data provider specializing in providing data mining and database enrichment services to clients – an on-going need for small to large businesses alike. Our data researchers engage in continuous research to augment client’s marketing and sales efforts. With Cloudlead, businesses can identify new customer leads, update & improve existing lead database and setup managed outbound email processes.

Q: Who are the primary clients of Cloudlead and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?

A: Essentially, both small B2B businesses and enterprise clients need data for various activities – including but not limited to HR activities, financial functions, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns etc. With our data, clients can easily scale their outreach and gain up to 10x traction.

For marketers and SDRs, acquiring targeted contact and account data is often counted amongst the top challenges. Another important factor related to maintaining a database which is often overlooked is data decay and data hygiene. Recent figures put data decay at 30-70% yearly. Cloudlead helps clients ensure up to date and ready to use data throughout the year, which is also scalable according to requirement.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: As mentioned above, we are currently a data-as-a-service provide. We are now working towards expanding our business model through integrating a SaaS solution through our Data Validator and Data Directory tool. This will allow us to expand our reach and tap into the growing software market globally.

In addition, our plans for the future include expansion of our social agenda. Since our establishment, we’ve worked hard to address social dilemmas and issues such as women empowerment, creation of equal job opportunities and crafting a safe and healthy working space for both men and women. In line with this, we plan to continue working towards improving our workplace gender ratio (currently at 3:1), with the goal of achieving 50 percent equality.
