A: CM Fusion is self-serve SAAS (software-as-a-service). This means you can get started and set things up on your own at any time. We offer a completely free account and 30-day free trial for our paid plans. This takes about 60 seconds to create an account and start using the software.
We offer live email/phone support for all customers to help them get up and running smoothly. We also host free demos for anyone looking to test our software for their needs.
