Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We’re excited our clients with physical locations that offer catering, prepared/pre-ordered foods, or even same-day hot items, can now have an in-store kiosk for customers to autonomously order from. These orders are integrated into the FoodStorm backend, so managing kiosk orders, online orders and order input manually by staff can be seen through one backend portal. Our customers who have already implemented our kiosk technology are seeing not just an increase in order dollar amount, but basket size (the amount of items in an order).

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: FoodStorm was founded by a husband and wife team in Australia over 10 years ago. We have a growing team in the United States, but our family culture remains. We do all of our development, marketing and customer support in-house, so our customers are never passed onto 3rd party companies who don’t truly know our product and business.
