Q: Michelle, can you tell us something more about the company and it’s history?
A: Hectic started out of a dream my co-founder Geoff and I had about there being a better way to manage our freelance businesses. We were spending too much time working on managing day-to-day tasks and not enough time working with clients and building relationships. Overwhelmed by the countless number of point solution platforms, we set out to create a centralized platform with multiple solutions that solve a freelancer’s pain points. For us, this wasn’t just about creating an all-inclusive platform; it was about making freelancing accessible for everyone. Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

Our team talks to customers every single day and that’s where we get a lot of our inspiration from. Our conversations have helped guide us to continually add and improve features in the platform. So many of the best updates to the platform have come as suggestions from our users. We’re currently in the midst of building our next product which focuses on client communications. One of our values is to iterate forever, so we’ll keep evolving as the world continues to change.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
