Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Inspirotec?

Q: So, what, exactly, is an allergen?
A: An allergen is a substance that triggers an allergic response in a sensitive individual. For example, most of us have dust mite allergen in our homes, and for those who are not allergic to dust mite allergen, it’s completely harmless. If you are allergic to dust mites and come in contact with dust mite allergen, your immune system sees this as a threat. In response to that threat, the immune system over-reacts and releases chemicals to fight off the allergen. Q: How exactly does it work? What does Exhale’s device measure?
A: Our patented, handheld air sampling device, invented by our co-founders, collects allergens and actively growing mold in the air using a technique called electrokinetic propulsion. This technology propels air through the device at high speed, silently, without a fan or other moving parts. Inside the devise, air particles collect on a removable cartridge.

• Plug-in the air sampling device for 5 days for Exhale Allergen and for 1 day for our Exhale Mold.
• When the air sampling step is complete, ship the device directly to our laboratory with the shipping label included in the box. Our laboratory will test your samples for allergens and/or mold using specialized molecular biological techniques. Q: What are your plans for the future?
