Q: Jason, could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Ironflow Technologies?

A: Ironflow Technologies is an HR software development company based out of New-Brunswick, Canada. The HR software industry has been our niche for over 6 years and the team has grown by adding over 60 years of software development experience to create a solid system for HR departments to lean on. The company’s mission is to offer customers the best experience possible through exceptional service, reliable online HR software and flexible options.

Q: You’ve recently introduced a new HR platform; tell us something more?

A: PurelyHR is a new on-demand HR platform, however as we mentioned before, we have been in the HR software industry for years now with one of the markets top leave management applications called Time-Off Manager. In as little as five years, we managed to help over 1700 companies across 65+ countries with their attendance needs.

After a few years, we realized that we had something special in this absence tracking solution and an opportunity to expand in the HR software market was very clear. We had multiple requests for additional functionalities from customers who would rather wait for additional features and modules before leaving Time-Off Manager for another HR system. We decided to listen to these customers and to begin development on a variety of modules to create a new HR platform that is being released today under the name of PurelyHR.

A: We currently have clients in over 65 different countries. However, the main focus at the moment is in The United States and Canada. We are also beginning to see higher adoptions rates in area’s such as The United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia and Switzerland to mention a few.

Q: What can we expect from you in next six months?

A: The company vision for the next 6 months is simple; We will be working on the release of new HR modules to add to the platform. The goal is to provide companies with a wide range of HR tools that will simplify all their HR processes while maintaining control of their software package. In addition to the new products, the team will continue improving existing tools with new features in order to always offer the latest innovations.
