Q: What is unique about iSymplify and how does it stand out from competition?

A: Our firm has buying arrangements with over 100+ cloud and technology solution providers. We have a unique ability to see across multiple vendors, platforms, network architectures and pricing models to help our clients navigate the very best technology, solution and provider to meet their needs. We also ensure competitive pricing and contract terms to meet our clients’ budgets. Lastly, we provide project management, and ongoing account management as part of our service, for no additional fee. We find this is a key differentiator to driving our clients overall project success. Our goal is to drive customer satisfaction with the solutions we design.

Q: You’ve recently launched your newly designed website; tell us something more?

A: We are excited to re-launch our web presence and social media campaign because it allows us to get the word out nationally to other large enterprises. We’ve had the privilege to serve our clients for close to 9 years and have grown organically by word of mouth and referrals. Our new online strategy positions us to target multi-national, cross verticals in a more effective manner. We will be featuring a new technology blog with industry news and more video content as we venture into 2018.

Q: What achievement is iSymplify most proud of?

A: iSymplify has helped many clients achieve their technology goals over the past 8 years. One example of a recent project has been helping a nationwide retailer to scope, design, and implement a multi-national footprint for SD-WAN service to over 2,000 locations. We worked with one of our carrier partners to source this design with tremendous results. Our client received a converged network solution for less than their MPLS T1 network, increased their bandwidth, provided circuit redundancy and eliminated many of their POTs lines in a single solution with a single provider. This allowed them to also reduce the number of carriers they had to manage and maintain into a single provider, with one simple invoice.

Q: Who is a good customer for iSymplify?

A: iSymplify works with mid to large enterprises with multiple locations and 100 employees and above. We service clients ranging from 1 corporate location with complex security needs to 12,000 locations with voice and data needs, or a bank of virtualized servers, storage and backup services ranging from 1 to thousands of locations.

We have also worked with a $40M company to help them completely outsource their IT department. This allowed them to elevate their current IT staff from dealing with day to day issues/tasks to directing IT strategies and defining business processes. The current cloud provider is large enough to have a robust network and portfolio of services, but small enough to be nimble and flexible to meet their daily needs. We provide them with Cloud Compute, Storage, Office 365 licenses, primary and backup WAN/LAN circuits, management, monitoring, Hosted Email, Firewalls, SD-WAN, their phone system and employee helpdesk support.

Q: What are your plans for next 6 months?

A: iSymplify has been busy researching and educating our clients on the latest technology trends and how to turn them into deliverable, measurable business outcomes. We are currently piloting an IoT (internet of things) technology to help our healthcare and manufacturing clients track high dollar inventory and assets to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and eliminate high dollar lost inventory.

We will also be implementing a 300 seat cloud based contact center and numerous Unified Communication and SD-WAN projects.

We are excited to see what 2018 technology trends will take the lead!
